It’s a soft, uplifting experience designed with you in mind 🤍 I can’t wait to take care of you. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• 🧴 PRE-WAX INSTRUCTIONS To ensure the best results, please follow these guidelines before your appointment: • Hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) • Gently exfoliate 24–48 hours before your appointment • Avoid shaving 2–3 weeks prior to waxing • Do not tan or use self-tanner 48 hours before your service • Avoid retinol, exfoliants, or active skincare on the area 5–7 days prior • Wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment 🌿 POST-WAX INSTRUCTIONS Proper aftercare is essential to prevent irritation and ingrowns: • Avoid heat, sweating, and exercise for 24 hours • No tanning, saunas, or hot baths for 24–48 hours • Avoid exfoliation for 48 hours after waxing • Wear loose clothing and breathable fabrics • Begin gentle exfoliation 2–3 days post-wax • Apply recommended aftercare products consistently ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES • Waxing is not recommended if you are using Accutane or certain prescription acne medications • Please inform your wax technician of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions prior to your service —————————————————————— 📌 BOOKING NOTICE A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows will result in loss of deposit. First-time clients are always welcome. Please review the cancellation and late policy prior to booking. Cancellation Policy

🚨 CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY Thee Lovely Touch Esthetics & Waxing Bar 🌿 • A valid card on file is required to book all appointments. Please not that you WILL NOT be charged until after your service is completed. This is required to secure your booking. • Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 40% of the service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. • Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and will be subject to the cancellation fee. • Same-day cancellations, repeated reschedules, or habitual lateness may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings. I know emergencies, traffic, or unexpected situations can occur. If something comes up outside of your control, please reach out as soon as possible.
